Redactorr helps with sensitive document workflows, but automated detection is not a substitute for human review. The terms make that boundary explicit.
By accessing or using Redactorr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form an agreement between you and Redactorr, ABN 91 487 406 432, operating in Victoria, Australia.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Redactorr is a sensitive document workflow platform. Detection and redaction are designed around a browser-local redaction step, while later features can use reviewed redacted output when you choose.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.
You may use Redactorr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you choose.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings where available. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect from a later billing cycle after the notice period.
Redactorr makes best-effort automated decisions. It may miss sensitive information or surface false positives. You are responsible for reviewing output before sharing or relying on it.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
The core product boundary is that detection and redaction are designed around the browser-local redaction step; later workflows use processed sessions or reviewed redacted context when you choose.
You may close your account from account settings where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for the service or others, or where required by law.
Provisions that should survive termination continue to apply, including intellectual property, liability limits, privacy, and governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the courts of Victoria for disputes arising from these terms or the service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
