Guided steps

Follow the task, then check the result.

Paste only the text you need to redact

Paste the smallest useful note, prompt, email, or snippet into Canvas. Avoid adding unrelated private content just because it is nearby in the source document.

Success check: Canvas shows the text you intended to review.

Review detections before copying

Check names, contact details, IDs, account numbers, and secrets. Keep values visible only when the next recipient is meant to see them.

Success check: Each sensitive value is redacted, kept, or intentionally routed for more review.

Copy the reviewed redacted text

Copy only after checking the output. Paste into the next tool only when placeholders and remaining visible text match your intent.

Success check: The clipboard output no longer contains raw values you intended to remove.

Branch questions

Completion check

The copied output was inspected after redaction.
No raw private value remains unless you intentionally kept it.
The next destination receives reviewed redacted text, not the original.
